I did not have any expectations on this project however was pleased with our dedicated consultant, Lauren Williams. Her professionalism, willingness to help guide us, provide insight on how to navigate potential challenges, and her availability to help the restructure go smoothly gave me confidence that we were in good hands.
She understands company culture. She helps fix problems and makes all of the living, moving parts of a company work towards one goal. She details what is wrong, or missing, as well as what needs to be evacuated. She becomes a trusted advisor to an owner that cares about forward momentum, efficiency, productivity and profitability!She walks into companies and reads the flow of people. With an HR background she reports to the owners or C level people and lets them know what needs to change so that the culture of the company becomes the best it can be. When everyone is happy and moving in the same direction, the company is more profitable!
Lauren is a genuine and engaged partner with all of her clients. She is fantastic at assessing where a business is at and create a plan to help them achieve cohesion and harmony among them. Extremely honest, straight to the point, and her joy is absolutely contagious 🙂

Oh my gosh. Wow. Where do we even start? We built our company with you from the ground up. When you came to our start-up we had nothing in place and you helped build out everything we needed from a handbook to benefits to payroll systems and more. You and the team also got up to speed quickly and handle anything that came our way in that first year. We’ve now been able to move to in-house HR model and you were instrumental in finding the right people for that team and now helping with transition. It’s just been awesome.
Lauren and her group believed so thoroughly in the power of team that often throughout the most creative reactions and responses.
