Talent Acquisition Strategist

Tyler comes to Workplace Harmony with 8 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience. He attended West Chester University where he majored in History. He joined a small IT staffing firm as a recruiter right out of college. While there, he held several roles within the business handling both direct hire and contract-based placements. 

After 3 years with Contemporary Staffing, Tyler decided to join Frontline Education. Frontline is a growing SaaS company that provides back-office software to K-12 school districts. While at Frontline, Tyler was able to build his Talent Acquisition skillset by supporting every area of the business including sales, marketing, technology, administrative, and more. Tyler was also able to take part in a variety of companywide initiatives. Most recently, he helped to launch the rebrand of the company core values.

When he’s not finding purple unicorns on LinkedIn, he’s most likely on the golf course or spending time with family. He has five sisters and 8 nieces/nephews that all live in the area. Tyler really enjoys cooking and believes every week should end with a home cooked Sunday dinner. Tyler has lived in the Philadelphia area most of his life (Go Eagles) and recently moved to Fairmount.
